Registration Information

6th SPEG conference is pleased to provide a very user friendly online registration system. You need to create an account and accordingly choose activities you want to book for yourself and pay online in the end to complete the process. On completion of the registration, you will receive your details through an auto-generated email instantly. In case of any problems, please write to 6th SPEG secretariat at speg2017@mci-group.com

  • Pre-Conference registration and payment is on-site only.
  • Registered Physicians, Residents, Nurses, Medical Students & Interns are entitled to attend all scientific sessions, the exhibition, as well as receive the congress material.
  • All registrants are required to pre-register.
  • For administrative and preparatory reasons, pre-registration & name changes are possible until 18th November 2017
  • From this date, onwards we advise you to register and pay the applicable fee on-site during congress registration hours commencing on 15th October 2017
  • ** For administrative purpose, a copy of your certificate is required as a proof in order to avail the registration fee for a resident, medical student or nurse.

Please read the registration terms and conditions carefully before beginning online registration.
Should there be no payment received within the given grace period of 10 working days, we reserve the right to cancel your registration.

LETTER OF INVITATION

The 6th SPEG Conference is pleased to offer letters of invitation to those planning to attend 6th SPEG conference at Jeddah, KSA.

This letter is not and will not be regarded as a financial commitment from the conference organizer. Delegates are responsible for the own travel expenses. This letter will be issued only upon receipt of full payment.

Note: This invitation letter is also to assist delegate in obtaining a visa for entering into KSA to participate in the 6th SPEG Conference. Moreover, the visa application must be accompanied by CR copy which shall be provided by the secretariat 30-45 days in advance upon request.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Modify Your Registration

You can edit your personal details or register additional services online on or before DATE 2300 hrs (GMT+ 4). Changes after 18th November 2017 will be subject to an administrative fee of SAR 100 per delegate. All changes must be in writing; no changes or cancellation will be accepted by telephone.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations and requests for refund must be in writing to conference secretariat at speg2017@mci-group.com 100% refund - the congress secretariat must receive a notification of cancellation in writing at least 30 days before the event. This will entitle the delegate to a 100% refund less an administrative fee of SAR 250.00

No refund - 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made within 30 days prior to the event date. Notifications of cancellations must be sent by email to: speg2017@mci-group.com

Onsite Loss of Name Badges

  • Name Badges are to be worn at all times during the congress and social events.
  • Replacement for the loss of name badges onsite is charged at SAR 100 per badge.

Other Important Terms and Conditions

  • If the payment is made after the early bird deadline the latest registration fee will be applicable and invoiced
  • If the payment is made before 10 days of the congress a proof of payment or a letter of guarantee will be required
  • If you cannot attend 6th SPEG, we are happy to accept a substitute colleague until the 18th November 2017. After this date, all name changes can only be coordinated onsite. If you have to cancel entirely, we regret that no refunds can be made after your confirmation.

To qualify for the Resident / Trainee / Fellow registration fee, a current letter of verification from your department head or fellowship sponsor must accompany this registration along with a photocopy of your passport indicating your date of birth. The age limit to be considered a resident/ fellow is 35 years. Letters and credentials are to be sent via email to speg2017@mci-group.com

Your registration will not be complete until your residency/fellowship documentation has been received. All residency/fellowship documentation must be sent to the 6th SPEG Conference congress secretariat to be eligible for the discounted rate.
